Awhi believes that within a supportive community or Whānau, mindful movement & physical health - Tinana - can support our mental & emotional wellbeing - Hinengaro - and thus connect us to our Wairua, spirit or sense of connection and purpose in the world. Awhi is much more than just a yoga studio, it is a community.
Awhi Yoga & Wellbeing's kaupapa is based on Te Whare Tapa Whā, the four pillars of Hauora or Wellbeing.
These values were at the essence of the brand collateral that I created. Awhi's branding has been created to provoke calm and a sense of community, while remaining informative to the viewer. I helped Awhi create brand collateral such as posters, programme booklets, magazine features and timetables.
